Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account page, in one step. No phone call, no email, no retention offer. Cancelling stops the renewal; the paid features stay until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Will it renew automatically?
Yes, unless you cancel. We send a reminder seven days before any renewal, monthly or yearly.
Can I get a refund?
On a yearly subscription, yes - a full refund within fourteen days of purchase, no reason required.
Can the price go up while I'm subscribed?
Not inside a term you've already paid for. A price change only applies from your next renewal, and we'll say so in the reminder.
